The App collects and processes the following data:

• Identity Information: Name, surname, email address, phone number, national ID number (provided by employer)
• Account Information: Company code, user role, department
• Location Data: GPS coordinates (only during clock-in/out operations, with user permission)
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, app version
• Work Data: Leave requests, expense requests, task records, shift information, payroll records
• Photos: Images captured via camera for expense receipts (with user permission)

2. How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used for the following purposes:

• Providing human resources management services
• Processing and approving leave and expense requests
• GPS-based attendance tracking (configured by the employer)
• Task assignment and tracking
• Payroll calculation and reporting
• Sending push notifications (approval updates, task assignments)
• Improving application performance

3. Data Sharing

Your personal data is shared with third parties only in the following cases:

• Your Employer: Within the scope of the employment relationship, your employer can access your leave, expense, attendance, and task data
• Infrastructure Providers: For technical services such as server hosting and notification delivery (data is transferred encrypted)
• Legal Requirements: When required by court order or legal regulation

Your data is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

We take the following measures to ensure the security of your data:

• All data transfers are protected with TLS/SSL encryption
• Passwords are stored hashed using the bcrypt algorithm
• Multi-tenant architecture ensures each company's data is isolated from others
• Access tokens are stored in secure device storage (SecureStore)
• Regular security audits are conducted

5. Device Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions:

• Location (While Using): GPS verification for clock-in/out operations. Used only during active operations; no continuous background tracking.
• Camera: To capture expense receipt photos and scan QR codes
• Notifications: To send push notifications for approval updates, task assignments, and company announcements

All permissions are optional. If you decline a permission, the related feature will be disabled; other functions of the App remain unaffected.

6. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as your employment relationship continues. After the termination of employment, your data is kept in accordance with legal retention periods and securely deleted when those periods expire.

7. User Rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698), you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information if your personal data has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose
• To request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate
• To request deletion or destruction under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of KVKK
• To object to outcomes arising from exclusively automated analysis of your data

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 18.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification. The updated policy will be published on this page.
